Renata is amazing!! I'm self-employed and due to a pending divorce I had to learn how to file my own estimated taxes and discuss setting up an LLC or S-Corp with someone who knew more than me. She sat with me and answered all of my questions during our free consult - which honestly would have cost me at least $100 anywhere else for all the info she gave me. I have been using QTA Tax, Ltd services for several years. Renata is very professional and competent. Recently, I received a letter that something was not filed on time and a penalty has been assessed. We discovered that I had failed to mail what had to be mailed. Renata stopped me from sending a check to pay the penalty and instead informed me about the new law that just came out and she would be able to send in a request to get the penalty waved. Renata is very knowledgeable and professional. I am her client for over 10 years. Recently I had a case with IRS that was unique and had no standard procedure how to resolve it. Check sent to me by IRS in 2022 was stolen by a scammer and cashed forging signatures on the back of the check. I requested IRS to issue me a new check. IRS review process took over a year with no resolution, only asking for more and more time to review. Renata suggested filling a new claim through Taxpayer Advocate Service Assistance program. This was brilliant idea. TAS received my form and reacted right away – opened new claim, collected all info and 6 months later replacement check was issued. Her experience helped me to recover $4,200 plus interest for all this time. I reached out to few accounting firms for help (few big names that advertise as your best advocates dealing with IRS), but they suggested calling IRS myself.
